1901 Group to Participate in National Compliance and Ethics Week

Corporate Compliance and Ethics Week, November 4-10, 2018

 

RESTON, VANovember 2, 2018 –Keeping up its tradition of encouraging employees to follow the highest of standards, 1901 Group announced today that it will be participating in Corporate Compliance and Ethics Week, organized each year by the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics & Health Care Compliance Association (SCCE & HCCA). This year it is being held November 4 through 10, 2018. As a part of its efforts 1901 Group will be sponsoring games, puzzles, and other engaging activities to raise awareness with a focus on doing business with integrity.

Corporate Compliance and Ethics Week is an extension of 1901 Group’s ongoing compliance and ethics program, which is headed by Laurie Kelly.1901 Group has a Code of Conduct and Employee Handbook that all employees are expected to follow. The Code calls on employees to “be familiar with our Code and Handbook and adhere to the standards and requirements.”

Company-wide compliance and ethics education held annually provides the opportunity to roll out new and updated compliance and ethics program policies and reinforces with employees their compliance and ethics obligations.
